Group must meet eligibility criteria established by SAIF:

• Must have an annual standard premium of $1,000, be a member in good standing of our association
  (dues paid current)
• Experience modification of 1.0
• Three year base period loss ratio less than or equal to 40%
• Three year base period frequency of business operations
• SAIF average frequency for the principal class for accounts newly enrolling in the group
• Three year base period frequency of business operations 1.5 times the SAIF average frequency for the
  principal class for current group members renewing in the group
